Returns the complete ordered card history, durable action resolutions, and id-only save receipts. The response is intentionally unpaginated so replay cannot resurrect an old one-shot question. A save receipt remains after its saved query is deleted; savedQueryId is then null and the consumed offer must not be replayed.
